Rules that apply to both Reference and Manipulation:



~I allow two types of use: Reference and Photomanipulation
Other uses need prior permission. Feel free to ask thou


Give me credit with a link back to me, and a direct link to the deviation
~Direct link so you're visitor can more easily find it, and don't have to go through the entire gallery to find it.

Redistribution of my stock strictly prohibited!
~You have no permission to upload any part of my stock as a resource so others can use it!
That would be a direct theft, and a policy violation!
Give them a link to my side if needed, but do not upload it as a resource in any way!
~Only DeviantArt clubs, witch I myself have sent a submission note to, are allowed to ever do so!





When using as art reference:



*Do not trace!!!
Practice drawing free hand, you'll get it soon enough =^_^=
You will gain much more experience this way, and the artwork will be more personal
You can use various techniques to get a more correct image, just don't put on top


*Do not use the image itself in the deviation!
If you draw digitally you're not allowed to start with the photo and draw on top of it, use smudge toll on it or similar and call it an art work!
Thats called post production, and is what I do before uploading my images to my gallery.
If done with a purpose and done proper it might become a manipulation thou. Thats the only exception, and it must be uploaded in that category.



Yes, I allow for my Prints on this account, =The-ShadowCat, to be used as art reference under those rules
Those rules also apply to my stock on ~CatStock


None of my none stock images here on =The-ShadowCat can be used in manipulations, avatars, icons etcetera. ONLY art reference please!
Manipulators must only use ~CatStock images.

Only use the "Free For All" images unless given permission. The Limited stock are only for those I allow.

I have to confirm that you've done a real effort, to avoid people exploiting my images with minor edits.
If you're skilled and do a real effort I see no reason to say no =^_^=
Just send me a note with a link to the work you made and tell me what you want to use it for

~I prefer to keep my stock for DA use only.
I might give you permission if you ask


~If it does not apply to all of the requirements for the manipulation gallery, then you don't have my permission to upload it.

Requests:

You can request any pose of any of my cat's (that isn't dead or given away) as long as the cat don't mind posing for it
I also have thousands of kitten photos, as I snapped away at them.
I have many great photos that might be just what you need

Same goes for stock of me and 3D stock (I have some lines I wont cross thou)

Anything you desire, I will try!


A request should be given in a note.
